Forensic Patient Tracker
NHS Oxleas required a bespoke application to enable tracking and analysis of patient movements. They needed to enter patient details and to edit and delete data as required. A comprehensive list of data was input and any updates and/or changes needed to be kept on file. Reports were required with the ability to add / remove specific data dynamically and exporting the report to either a new workbook or in PDF format.
The application was built with Excel front end and Access used for data storage. In this case the client does not have Microsoft Access installed on their workstations, but this does not present any problems when the Access database is being used for data storage as the data is sent from Excel to Access using VBA.

MI Reporting Suite
An online travel company had decided to outsource their in-house call handling and reporting to cut business cost. They needed a suite of reports including daily, weekly, monthly, in day and senior management reports.
We met the client face-to-face to scope and document their requirements. Cleveregg developed the entire suite of MS Excel based fully automated reports, which included functionality like dynamic charts, interactive comparison tables, advanced pivot tables, email recipient management and most importantly of the whole suite was fully user configurable and completed on schedule. Each report could be generated and presented professionally in minutes and was fully documented both from a technical and user perspective.
Dental Practice
Data Analysis
A group of dental practices wanted to understand more about their patient base. They created a questionnaire for each patient to complete during their appointment.
Cleveregg created an application for the data to be input. They needed it to be as user friendly as possible, with this in mind we developed a form driven solution using Microsoft Access. At the touch of a button, the practice could see reports and information and begin to understand more about their patient demographics and treatment they were providing. All of this helped them be more specific with their advertising which in turn saved them money.

Number Porting Application
A Telecoms giant had a requirement to automate and streamline their current fax/excel based number porting system.
The current setup was tedious
and time consuming as it involved manual validation against various systems and then faxing a document to the initial sender of the number port request.
The whole process took one agent approximately 15 minutes per number port.
Cleveregg developed a MS ACCESS/VBA solution that involved a number of steps including but not limited to, automatically retrieving and scanning emails from the server, attachment validation, auto email, removal of the attachment to save server space.
This fully automated solution brought the process time down to less than a minute per document.
High Street Retailer
Purchase Order System
A large high street retailer with 310 stores nationwide had a purchase order system that involved a series of individual spreadsheets, manual email and expensive courier companies to deliver the orders to destinations worldwide.
A MS Access, VBA and Lotus Notes solution was developed that allowed buyers to automatically import orders from the iSeries and email instantly at the touch of a button to suppliers
all over the world.
The orders could be in emailed in either PDF, MS word and snapshot format.
We also developed a order tracking system based in Lotus notes 6.5
